Baisarov Ruslan Sulimovich

After graduating from school in 1985, Baisarov studied at the Moscow Civil Engineering Institute. After serving in the army from 1986 to 1988, he moved to the Millionshchikov Oil Institute in Grozny, graduating in 1996 with a degree in engineering economics. In 2001, he received a master's degree in sociology from Moscow State University.

In 2018, Baisarov was awarded a candidate of technical sciences degree at the National University of Science and Technology MISIS. Ruslan Baisarov is the author of a number of research papers.


• From 2001 to 2004, Baisarov was involved in the energy sector as Vice president of JSC Moscow Oil Company.

• Between 2004 and 2005 he was Vice president of JSC Central Fuel Company.

• In 2005, he served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of CJSC MNK-AVTOKARD, wholesale trade of fuel, ore, metallic and chemical agent.

• In 2005, Baisarov became Vice president of JSC Moscow Oil and Gas Company, and, since 2007 till 2010, he served as Senior Vice president of the company, which managed the JSC Moscow Refinery, JSC Mosnefteprodukt and JSC Moscow Fuel Company. • In 2010–2011, he served as Senior Vice president of Central Fuel Company.
• Since 2011 Baisarov is the owner and general director of Tuva Energy Industrial Corporation (JSC TEPK), which is committed to venture investment and infrastructure projects in Krasnoyarsk Krai, Tuva, and the Far East.

• In 2015, Baisarov acquired a controlling stake of 25% plus 1 share in SK Most Group of Companies.

• Since 2016, Baisarov serves as the chairman of the company's board of directors and increased his stake to 56%.

SK Most Group of Companies has advanced structure and technical resources, which allows it to successfully tackle advanced construction and repair works of very different nature. The Group’s transportation fleet includes more than 5,000 pieces of equipment.
