Specialists of JSC “USK MOST” carry out the sinking of the section of the Moscow metro from the station “Stakhanovskaya” to the station “Nizhegorodskaya”, with the Herrenknecht 10690 tunneling complex.
After starting and sinking 65 linear meters, TBM came to the zone of influence of the tunnel on the intersecting railway tracks of the stage between the station “Perovo” and the station “Novoproletarskaya” of the Moscow railway. The width of the zone of influence made up of 97.31 p. m. To prevent the occurrence of accidents, as well as prevent excessive subsidence of the daily surface, before entering the zone of influence, preventive work was carried out on the TBM, engineering training was conducted on the sinking, and joint measures were developed and agreed with the Russian Railways and the railway monitoring organization to act in case of emergency situations.
On April 6, specialists of JSC “USK MOST” started tunneling in the zone of influence. It took only 6 days for this section to pass through, and on April 12, TBM went beyond the dangerous section.
Regardless of what works are being carried out in the area of railway tracks (a tunnel with a diameter of 1 m or 10.3 m), the drawdown of the railway track is allowed no more than 10 mm.
When performing JSC “USK MOST” on this site, the subsidence of the surface and railway tracks did not exceed 8 mm.
At the moment, the sinking continues in normal mode. In total, as of April 19, 2019, 259.2 linear meters were passed, and 144 rings of high-precision reinforced concrete lining of the distillation tunnel were installed from the station “Stakhanovskaya” to the station “Nizhegorodskaya”.
Currently, the machine components are being prepared for the start of the sinking towards the future Nizhegorodskaya station complex.
